We are looking for a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathrrom plan. This is what we want
Living room
master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closets
3 other bedrooms with walk-in closets
kitchen with eating snack bar
1 dining area
2 car garage
laundry room with 1/2 bath
1 other bathroom by the other rooms
***Most of the plans we see they have a breakfast area and a dining room….we don’t need 2 eating areas.
