Has anyone actually received a ‘make homes affordable’ restructure loan from Bank of America?

I’ve been trying for nearly a year to get my home loan restructured with Bank of America. I feel stonewalled. I’m wondering if they are actually doing this for people.

nearly a year? Weird! I applied in February and they just did it this past week…so 6 months for me. I just kept up with it, calling every 2 weeks to see the status. There is also a possibility that they just created the “make it happen” department, instead of the the “push the paperwork around and stall” department.
